Naked short selling is a travesty of our economic system. It should be forever eliminated and highly regulated with severe penalties to those that chose to use this loophole in the financial system for their own gain at the expense of legitimate investors. There are several examples of companies whose share price has been artificially held down (Taser, Raser Technologies) and has negatively affected legitimate shareholders. Please enact this legislation immediately.
