I am for reinstitution of the original up-tick rule which serviced us so well for many years. Anything short of that would disappoint me.
In general,I view short sellers as gamblers, not investors. I feel their actions have had a direct and negative impact on my portfolio for the past year or so.
I feel Mr. Jim Cramer is correct in his position on this subject and It is my hope the committee will adopt his suggestions.
