I am 58 years old, I have worked my whole from age 14. I have played by the rules, paid my bills, never filed for bankrupcy, and want to be able to retire and not eat dog food. When you changed the uptick rules in 2007 ,look what happened, it is not hard to see what that did and you played the american investor for suckers. This helped destroy our economy in 2008. Don't keep making the same mistakes, suck it up and admit you all were wrong, put the rule back and stop this robbery. It takes courage to admit mistakes but fix what you screwed up. Thanks
