Dear SEC,
The huge losses caused by short sellers controlling our stock market have been devastating. Putting the original uptick rule in force again is vital. The short sellers must be kept honest by the SEC. Short sellers will not give up their control of our markets easily. But if the short sellers are allowed to continue to ignore or skirt SEC rules much more pain will come to American investors. The SEC must stop these abuses. Why is accountability so lacking on Wall Street? What must be done to make Wall Street safe for American investors? The SEC has a lot of work to do. One small but important step is put the original uptick rule back in force. Now

Sincerely,
Juanita Dyrkopp
