I wrote to the SEC way back in September pleading to bring back the uptick rule. It was put in place for a reason. Make the rules fair and bring back the uptick rule the Bush Administration and the Michael Brown of the SEC, Chris Cox took away to give unfair advantage to the big guys at the expense of the average investor. It's a no-brainer. BRING BACK THE UPTICK RULE. It's a crime it was taken away. A true crime against the American people.
