Hi,
My name is Lam Trinh, I am an individual investor, IRA, 401k, my daughter's college fund, etc.
I am strongly against the current Short Sales rules, naked selling which allow hedge fund managers and short sellers to short a stock or stocks without an uptick rule in affect or borrow the stock from naked selling.
I strongly believe that the recent short selling without these rules in place has caused market crashed, banks failure and sending the US economy into a recession.
I urge the SEC re-instate the uptick rules and other rules to control the naked short selling without replacing the stocks.
I will continue to invest in my IRA, especially my daughter's college funds, but I need to have some kind of confident that the SEC is trying to protect individual investor like me
