We have lost so much money in the stock markets that was to be used for our two kids college education. I'm just plain MAD. How can this be? I don't have faith in the system anymore. I don't think it's fair for an investor like me that buys and holds. Do I have to watch my stocks every minute of the day to make sure some short seller isn't driving down my stocks?? I would like to see some changes in the sec.
