I have lost confidence in all facets of the stock market. The recent scandals, fraud, insider selling such as Countrwide Mortgage, poor accounting and extreme risk undertakings. The investment firms,banks which supposed to be the mainstay of finance made greed their number one priority. As expected no one is prosecuted. The dicontinuance of the uptick rule was a poor one. It should be reinstated.
