I think the SEC was a major contributor to my loss of wealth in the stock market over the last year. When you suspended the up-tick rule which had been in place since the depression, that destroyed the stability of the stock market. All of the shorts just went about destroying comapnies that I had my investments in.
I am a small investor. I do not short I invest for long term capital appreciation and you destroyed that I urge you to protect the small investor and restore the up-tick rule.
