Please remove or suspend this Mark to Market rule before our banks and stock markets are destroyed.Forbes magazine was right and the SEc was wrong. Mark to market and the removal of the uptick rule wre responsible for most of this crisis.Plesae act now to help repair the cox damage. Thank you for your consideration.
