I support this petition due to the fact that in all my life Ive never seen something where you pay for something and you may never get and nobody is arrested for stealing which is what it is. I just would love to see the federal law which allows this . Ive not found one yet and no one is arrested for the crime that is being commited. Federal law states T+3 it needs to be enforced and the same for everyone no if ands or buts.
