when are you going to cancel the grandfather clause for naked shorting stocks? we need honesty and integrity in our market place. this shorting has gone way back from 2000 y2k years... eliminate the grandfather clause. do your job ..the president signed an executive order in january about this. how dare you take so long to do a simple job. you are not the executive or legislative branch of government ,you are the enforcement branch, you have no right to create legislation, the grandfather clause is illegal. quit thumbing your nose at the president and arlen spechter ,do your job. do it now. time is up. almost summer.
