I am a Disability Income Specialist for Guardian Insurance and a member of NAIFA. Bascially, looking at the big picture, I cannot see why a $25 fee on a $10,000 investment which compensates advisors for the hours they spend on the phone with clients for non-revenue support ... while ... the bonuses the brokerage houses give to EVERY EMPLOYEE at the end of the year are a scandal of immense proportions remains unscathed. I am ever embarrassed that we consider knats while the perfect storm is brewing. If the average American had more time to be informed and to get involved, I assure you they would be much more interested in the MILLIONS the brokerage houses take home for their Christmas Bonuses. Lets get our vision corrected.
