Subject: rule 14 a 8

TO: SEC

It has come to my attention that you are considering changes Rule 14-a-8. I urge you not to restrict or curtail investors’ right to file advisory resolutions. These resolutions are a highly effective way for ordinary investors to get the attention of management and often lead to important further dialogue on corporate governance, social and environmental issues. I am pleased that this Rule has led to ways for investors and companies to achieve mutually agreeable solutions. Thank you for considering how small investors can make their views known in our economic system.
