Dear Chairman Cox: I ask for your office to deny support to the proposal that would curtail investors' right to file resolutions uner rule 14a-8. These advisory resolutions have sometimes been able to promote more responsible and responsive corporate behaviours. Please let me know what action you intend to take on this issue.
