Ms. Nancy Morris
Secretary, Securities Exchange Commission
100 F Street NE
Washington, D.C. 20549

Please refer to SEC File No. 4-519. Request for Rulemaking to expose and prevent unlawful and deceptive activities by securities promoters and their sponsors.

To the SEC:

Every day I receive 10 or more emails pumping stocks of companies that are total scams. Often I look them up on PinkSheets.com and on the SEC's Edgar Database to determine if the companies are bogus or valid. I have never seen a valid company send a pumping email to me. Most of the email stocks being pumped have never filed with the SEC, or are years delinquent. Occasionally a company is current with its SEC filings and upon reading the filings I see that they have no revenue and no valid business plan.

All of the pump and dump email should be stopped.

Thank you
