Hello!
My comments are following.
1) I believe the strategy should be challenge and risk oriented allowing for clear prioritization.
2) The wording is not result oriented and very obscure...and actually quite expected and generic.
3) Page 5, block 4...In the previous block you were talking about decreasing number of companies raising funds in public that is clearly bad for markets. May be it is because of SEC's regulatory barriers. Or may be not. If the barriers are present, talking in block 4 about vigilance is very odd...
