In addition to my comments previously provided, please refer to the attached Notes posted by Lafrenz, which can prove that she has collected $1.17M for so-called GTV security offerings instead of $1.14M, and total victim investors should be more than 8000 individuals instead of 4000.
Moreover, she opened bank accounts under at least two of her names, please refer to the enclosed copy, those accounts were used for collecting funds and refunds.

I much appreciated the opportunity to express my comment detailed below on the proposed refunds of GTV & VOG.
1. Please consider increasing the percentage of the first refund from 50% to 80%
Not only did the G series frauds cause financial losses to the victim investors, but it even ruined the lives of many people. I decided to invest because I was worried about the military strike against China that Guo Wengui asserted would happen. My father was diagnosed with lung cancer last year in China, I urgently need money to pay for his medical treatment and save his life.
2. Please investigate the Excluded Parties pursuant to Clause 17 to avoid the duplicate payments are made.
A previous associate of Lafrenz Mr. Jian Jun Wang announced in Lafrenz's broadcast on Discord on Jan 30, 2021 that more than 100 GTV & VOG investors have received refunds from the bank accounts entitled to Maywind Trading LLC, please refer to the attached screenshot, he used the red flowers as his profile picture. Those people were the associates who worked closely with Lafrenz, they are definitely the Excluded Parties in this case. I believe that Mr. Jian Jun Wang would provide more details about it. Lafrenz even made a duplicate payment of $50,000 to a person residing in Australia, but both Lafrenz and Peng Jian didn't make active efforts to recover the loss.
3. Please consider giving the eligible victims a compensation should the remaining balance be sufficient and all the fees be deducted, such as 5%- 10% of the principal amount.
