I have been mentally exhausted for the past two years thinking about refunds in the GTV investment fraud case caused by Guo Wengui and LIHONG WEI et al. I have been told by the defendant that 94% of the investment has already been paid to SEC. Please please refund me 80% of my investment as soon as possible.
