Dear officer, Hope this email finds you well. I am the victim of VOG/GTV investment fraud. Regarding the refund procedure, can you please consider refunding the funds back to the bank account nominated by the victim instead of transferring the funds back to the original account from which funds were injected? This solves the issue for the person who has had the original bank account closed. Much appreciated for your consideration. Regards James Sun
