Dear Sir/Madam, First I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your hard working on the case regarding File Number 3-20537. After reviewing the file, I have comments below: Regarding item: 67, could we speed up a little bit and try to disburse the initial tranche In no less than ninety (90) days of the date of the Claim Bar Date. Regarding item: 68, could we receive a payment representing at least eighty percent (80%) of their Recognized Loss in the Initial Tranche. the reason why we'd like such changes, is because myself and some of our investors are facing serious financial problems now, and it will do a lot help if we could have the initial tranche earlier and more portion, thanks for your attention and appreciate your hard working on our case again!
