Proceeding File No. 3-20537
In the Matter of
GTV Media Group, Inc., Saraca Media Group, Inc.

Dear SEC officers,

Persuade to no. 17 “Excluded Party” of the PROPOSED PLAN OF DISTRIBUTION, in addition to everything already mentioned, regarding

(c)  Any employee or former employee of the Respondents or any of its affiliates 3 who has been terminated for cause or has otherwise resigned, in connection with the conduct described in the Order;

I strongly suggest that in addition to the above mentioned, any applicant who provided services in exchange for money (including in-person cash exchange) or Himalaya Coins (H-Coin) should be considered as an "Excluded Party". Most of them have never signed any type of employment contract, yet they are contributing to the fraud. G companies shall include G-TV, G-News, G-Fashion, G-Clubs, Himalaya-Coin (https://himalaya.exchange/ ), and Himalaya Farms. Those "volunteers" who received money or Himalaya-Coins from the G companies should be excluded from the refund process, they should NOT be eligible to receive any refund because they are part of the scheme promotion team.

On the contrary, those investors who volunteered for G companies but did NOT receive any payment (cash or H-Coin) from G companies or Himalaya Farms are truly victims and should NOT be considered as the "Excluded Party". They should be eligible for a refund. The only way to tell if someone is truly a victim is whether they received any payments or H-Coins from G companies or Himalaya Farms.

In addition, Himalaya Farms leaders (with or without an employment contract with G companies) illegally collected thousands of investors' money (Farm Loan) and their personal information (including SSN, address, and ID) via the "Farm Loan" project and/or Himalaya Dollar Exchange KYC. Those Himalaya Farm leaders who were involved in the Farm Loan project and Himalaya Coin solicitation should be considered as the "Excluded Party". The best way to identify is whether they received others' money or personal info via Farm Loan or H-Coin. As you may be aware, these Himalaya Farm leaders do not have the necessary financial licenses to sell loans or digital currencies. They should be investigated since they violated the SEC announcement by continually selling a continuation of G-coin ( replaced by H-coin) and anyone who sold H-coin to others should NOT receive any refund. Many GTV/Saraca investors are still selling these H-Coins right now, these people should NOT receive any refund.

I strongly suggest that the claim form should require investors to list ALL the payments they received from G companies and Himalaya farms for their services, regardless of whether they signed an employment contract. In addition, they should answer if they have collected any "Farm Loan" from others or sold H-Coins to others. Every claimant must certify and sign. Anyone who lies about this should receive serious penalties.

Thank you for your support and consideration.

Best regards,
