This is Tatama (Google name), a victim of the GTV and VOG security fraud case. Before any comments, I will report a few facts that might affect the distribution of the fair fund.
A. [REDACTED] (so called [REDACTED] ) hid victims’ money that she didn’t report to the SEC.
[REDACTED] registered many companies and opened many bank accounts in different banks since April, 2020. As I believe, she opened personal accounts under her Chinese passport with the name of [REDACTED], such as her bank account in [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] account [REDACTED].
She used an American passport with the name of [REDACTED] opening VOG bank accounts. She hid a lot of victims’ money that she didn’t report to SEC in many ways:
a) hide cash in security boxes and other places;
b) ask victims send money to another person’ bank accounts: such as sending money to [REDACTED] account (discord name). Then, [REDACTED] asked [REDACTED] gave money back to her;
c) ask others sending money to China;
d) buy houses under companies [REDACTED] names. The owners of the companies didn’t have to be [REDACTED]);
f) On January 21, 2021, [REDACTED] resisted a company named Voice of Good LLC. which had the same abbreviation of Voice of [REDACTED]. Her purpose was to deposit the checks written to [REDACTED].
B.[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] received money not only under $100,000.00, she also received money over $100,000.00. I was an example;
C. She also received money after June 2, 2020.
D. She received money from paypal, Western union, Zelle……;
E. In December of 2020, [REDACTED] refunded around 120 persons’ money from her money laundering company, [REDACTED]:
[REDACTED] continually involved in further money fraud and laundering after the SEC delivered her subpoena on July 14, 2020. She registered more than 11 companies (called [REDACTED]) under other persons’ names since September, 2020.
Base on [REDACTED] crime behavior, I have a few comments as follows:
Comments:
1. Please confirm real victims in a security way:
[REDACTED] has all victims’ information including remittance information, email, home address and passport/drive license et al. In case [REDACTED] asked pretending victims to get money from the fair fund.
2. Prevent victims double receive refunds:
Victims who have received refunds from [REDACTED] should not qualify to get refunds again from the fair fund;
3. Some people should pay back to the fair fund. They should be in the name list of excluded party:
In the 120 persons who have received refunds from [REDACTED], some of them were [REDACTED] conspirators, some of them knew [REDACTED] unlawful behavior and didn’t report to related departments, and some of them help [REDACTED] cheated and hurt real victims in [REDACTED] discord. They should pay back to fair fund; Such as:

She made her own Youtube to help [REDACTED] cheating the victims..

5. Since some victims involved this fraud with almost all family money, please take into consideration the increasing percentage of refunds in the first round.
