Regarding Admin. Proc. File No. 3-20537, there are 2 points of feedback, please accept it.

1) The defendant should be added: Lihong Wei (a.k.a Lihong Wei Lafrenz), the actual controller of VOG 
   Because VOG acted as a private placement agent for GTV stocks, there were many investors, especially those from mainland China. 
   According to the bank account information provided by Lihong Wei, the money was transferred to Lihong Wei's personal bank account. 

  (eg: Wellsfargo Bank, Lihong Wei's personal bank account: 3522971005) 

   This part of the investment should not be counted in the $487 million, please follow up. 

2) Lihong Wei previously refunded more than 100 VOG investors by embezzling funds from Maywind Trading LLC. 
   For the investors who have already received refunds, it should consider how to prevent them from re-applying for refunds.
