To whom it may concern, I am Hongxing Geng from Canada. I am a GTV Media Group, Inc. (GTV) investor via Voice of Guo Media, Inc (VOG), but my investment of $10,000 was frozen by SEC. GTV is a social media platform that promotes freedom of speech and allows users to openly express their opinions, especially speeches against the Chinese Communism Party (CCP). Hence, it has been maliciously and constantly attacked by the CCP government and its agencies. From the GTV Media Group Fair Fund (https://www.gtvmediagroupfairfund.com/) site, I learned SEC reached a settlement with GTV, Saraca Media Group, Inc. and VOG and SEC agreed to return my GTV investment by setting up a "fair fund."
