I have been in communication with Richard Best (regional director of SEC) in regards to my mother who was a victim of GTV.
I let Richard know that My mom was one of thousands of investors that invested in G-TV Media and its different branches. From the beginning I sensed so many red flags, and I begged my mom time and time again not to invest in this company. She told me this investment would make her a billionaire. I knew she was disillusioned. She invested her life savings into this company, and it has honestly created a gap in our relationship. To see that the SEC has ruled against G-TV and is offering a fair fund distribution has been a humongous relief.
