I'm a harmed investor by the fraud of GTV Media Group. Thanks to SEC seizing the fund, we are able to get our money back. I'm very grateful. However,I hope the clause 68 of PROPOSED PLAN OF DISTRIBUTION, Administrative Proceeding File No.3-20537, can be changed. Instead of 50%, the Eligible Claimants whose Recognized Loss will receive a payment representing at least eighty percent (80%) of their Recognized Loss in the Initial Tranche. After all, we have waited for almost 2 years since remitting the fund to GTV. Thanks.
