To whom it may concern,
Per SEC Release No. 94107 / January 31, 2022, PROPOSED PLAN OF DISTRIBUTION on File No. 3-20537 of GTV/SARACA/VOG, I have some comments below as a victim of this investing fraud.
1. I propose that at least 80% of victims investment should be refunded now, instead of the 50% proposed. Many victims lost their main source of income from this massive scam and many are not rich people or from rich families. They are waiting for this refund to pay bills.
2. I've joined with some other victims to sue GTV/SARACA/VOG, and Guo Wengui, as well as Lihong Wei Lafrenz. I propose that after deducting all administration expenses of fair fund, and all registered victims get their full compensation refund with remaining balance, before the remaining balance is going to State Treasure, I and other victims should be paid partial or full refund for all legal expenses paid to cover our losses.
