Good Day,
As one of the many vulnerable investors in the GTV Media Group stock offering, I would like to thank the SEC and the fair fund for this distribution plan and the opportunity to provide comments.
Here are my two comments.
1) Many small investors are facing serious financial challenges amid this very difficult pandemic. We really hope that the first round of distributions will be at least 70%, 80% or higher of the investment amount.
2) GTV Media Group, Saraca and VOG, have not yet submitted the total amount requested in the September 13, 2021 Settlement Order. Although his name does not appear in the settlement order, Mr. Guo Wengui (aka Ho Wan Kwok, Miles Kwok, etc.) is the person most responsible for this investment scam. We really hope that the SEC will hold him accountable and force him and his related companies to comply with the settlement order and to submit the remaining payments totalling approximately $80 million as soon as possible, to mitigate the losses of harmed investors.
