Dear SEC Officers,
As one victim of the G Entities investment scam, I highly appreciate what SEC has done for us and am really grateful for all your efforts in compensating our harmed investors by distributing the Fair Fund. I have two comments on the Proposed Plan of Distribution of the Fair Fund paid by GTV/Saraca/VOG for your considerations.
1. Please consider increasing Plan of Allocation percentage in the Initial Tranche from currently proposed fifty percent (50%) to ninety five percent (95%) or no less than eighty four percent (84%). According to your Notice of Proposed Plan of Distribution, the Respondents have paid $455,497,588.37 which accounts for more than 84% of total amount of $539,433,428.00 (the disgorgement, interest and civil money penalties).
2. Please take necessary antifraud measures to avoid false claim that will harm the eligible claimants since the Respondents and their associates might possess victim's information.
