1. The distribution should include money sent to Lihong Wei's Wells Fargo personal account.
2. The distribution should enumerate all accounts that Lihong Wei or Lihong Wei Lafrenz and her group used to raise funds for GTV stock as a second standard to define the eligibility of victims, the time period only is not enough.
3. For around 100 people who already received the refund from Lihong Wei before this distribution should be excluded from this distribution.
