Dear Sir/Ma'am, I take reference to the Release No. 34 - 94323 / February 28, 2022 - NOTICE OF PROPOSED PLAN OF DISTRIBUTION AND OPPORTUNITY FOR COMMENT. I have noticed that commission has allotted the entire ammount of US$ towards Fair fund for distribution to the eligible claimant in accordance with the recognized loss. I am surprised to see there is no allocation for "whistle blower award money" which is upto 30% of the penaulty recovered. I have put my calim for the "whistle blower award" against the "Notice of covered action 2021-004 - In the matter of General Electric". I submit herewith my comment /complaint for not considering my claim and not keeping me updated on the proceedure to pay the whistle blower award due, to me. Request you to keep provision of US$ towards Whistle blower award and allot the remaining to the fair fund for distribution to the eligible claimant. Your timely response to my comment/claim/complaint shall be highly appreciable. With Best Regards,
