Question How did settlement amount get from $140,000,000.
to the $12,653,000. as reported by Rust Consulting. (Court Appeals ???)
Next Rust Consulting has not been forth coming in providing information regarding the distribution of these funds. I have been given three different dates and thus far the promised distribution has not been made.
Is any over site being given to Rust Consulting and if so by whom ?
