Can you please suggest specific steps for encouraging employers to hire from Tier II institutions, namely, HBCUs and MSIs. It seems DI initiative is used as a check-mark criteria to hire a representative 'people of color'. Hiring a representative person of color from an 'Ivy league' does not meet the real meaning of inclusion.Talent is ubiquitous and students from Tier II universities play a dual role of a full-time student and many-a-time carrying a load working 30 hours a week.

Given he present pandemic situation, it seems like we might be losing a lot of work that has been done in DI. What are your thoughts on the role of DI in this 'new world' of exposed racism and pandemic that we are facing?
