Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

The single largest problem ( especially in the Treasury and ETF Bond Markets) is obviously High Frequency Trading (HFT's).

HFT's pit small Institutional Investors and all Individual Investors, regardless of size, against machines.

HFT's with computer programs monopolize the market(s) with capital of hundreds of millions of dollars, trading lots of $1 million dollars at a rate of .01 cent per second. This translates to $10,000 profit per second and flattens the market. Small Institutions and Individuals cannot compete with these computer programs.

      Any solutions to this problem?

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Concerned Investors
