Please support the application of IEX, Brad Katsuyama et. al., for exchange status. I am outraged that some privileged giants can pay for the privilege of skimming the cream off of our equity markets. I bought Rowe Price funds before Bogle opened shop and now am deeply into Vanguard as well. I do not trade. I want the best execution for my retirement funds investments.
