Hi

I would like the sec to seek public opinion on how to change the otcmarkets Grey sheets markets

The Grey's are a dark matching order market. It's like a mafia style one sided punishment rather than a market against the company & retail investors.

The sec & developers really need to create a lit market meaning traders can see orders in real-time on a centralized Grey market exchange. Does not have to be a death penalty.

The Grey market leads to unfairness & excessive market manipulation. As a suggestion, utilizing new technologies vs the antiquated system, use match trading with out market makers a system which is currently being used on cryptocurrency exchanges.

If the SEC cares about retail investors, please take the time to change the policies & rules associated with delisted or suspended securities. Why does it need to be a death sentence & total loss of capital for the company or retail investors if indeed there is interest after the fact. Why cause a stifling on trading on an ineffective exchange.

Change the market structure & rules associated with the Grey otcmarkets to be more efficient for the the company & retail investors in order to provide flexibility, fairness, and financial services.

Thanks

Retail investor,
