I do not believe, as a citizen or investor, that the "accredited investors" rules are necessary, fair, or workable. I believe they should be stricken in their entirety, allowing equality of opportunity for investment and business structures. It is apparent to me that these rules have helped pave the way over the last century to SIGNIFICANT wealth inequality in America.
