Mr. Steve Cohens track record of securities fraud, wire fraud, insider trading, and more, is a primary cause for concern. The use of derivatives in a 24-hour exchange and the danger of overleveraging in the cryptocurrency environment, especially under the guidance of bad actors is a tremendous risk.
