February 28, 2023 As a retail investor I support this rule. We need to level the playing field so retail isn't robbed in broad day light. I am tired of the Fails to deliver, the market manipulation, the internalization of orders, the dark pools, the conflicts of interest. Additionally, we need full transparency.
