February 28, 2023 In my opinion this proposal must be denied on the basis that this exchange creates an unfair advantage for non-retail participants over household investors. Additionally, there's a clear conflict of interest on the side of the exchange (indirect) owners/major funding partners, who also operate a hedge fund. (The owner of said hedge fund has been convicted many times of financial crimes, which poses a huge risk to anyone investing into US stock markets. The same person mocked household investors via a tweet shortly after the GameStop sneeze was rug pulled. This shows what kind of a person we're feeding with here.)
