February 28, 2023 As an everyday investor and average citizen I STRONGLY OPPOSE allowing this exchange to come into being. Please DENY. This is an obvious conflict of interest and would create even more opportunity for abuse/manipulation from institutions and big players. SEC... I am begging you to please do your job and protect investors DO NOT allow this obvious conflict of interest and vehicle of manipulation to come into being.
