February 27, 2023 As a household investor, I strongly urge you to deny the application. Steve Cohen, and his company Point72 the main financer behind \"24 Exchange\" settled a case of insider trading with the SEC, and one of his companies, SAC Capital Advisors, was indicted by the United States for fraud. Not only should this application be denied, Steve Cohen should be barred from securities trading altogether. In my opinion criminals need to be removed from the industry and the SEC should not be complicit in their illegal activity by allowing them access to the US financial markets. I urge you to work with the US Dept. of Justice to investigate any possible criminal activities of Steve Cohen and any company he is associated with. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
