SEC should support the IEX exchange application. Buyers and sellers have the right to come together without intermediation. Was this not part of what the Congress made law regarding National Market System for Securities Securities Information Processors?
Comments from organizations who attempt to perpetuate the current system, in opposition to the IEX application, because it favors their organization and disadvantages retail customers should be taken with a grain of salt.
