Just voicing my support for this new exchange that can bring back some fairness to our markets and some stability to market structure.
Please review the regulations regarding NBBO and the SIP which the current exchange participants are exploiting and down right ignoring.
It is widely believed in the trading and investing communities that the SEC has been captured by HFT firms, the current exchanges and those who profit from the current fragile market structure.
Send a strong signal that this is not the case and approve this application.
