I support IEX.
Everytime I get a fill at Fidelity I get price improvement of .0001. That is 1 penny for every 100 shares. Citadel is always on the otherside of the order. That is all the proof I need to know that Citadel is gaming the market. Please approve IEX and investigate the spoofing done by the HFT firms.
