After reading Flash Boys, and researching high frequency trading, I must agree that IEX should be approved as an exchange by the SEC.
As investors, we have already had our confidence in trading markets severely damaged by the greed and avarice of money handlers at all levels in the USA after the Big Financial Crisis that shook global markets.
Surely, the SEC, despite lobbying efforts by those who've skimmed millions from us in the past, would do something to repair the confidence of the average investor.
Is there honor and honesty left anywhere in the financial industry? Promote those like IEX who attempt to be fair.
