Markets are broken and have completely lost the critical function of reliable utility. The public is revolted and rightly so. Unfair advantage to the few has destroyed the whole. We must have the courage to stand up to the current beneficiaries and change this system back to sane policy. If regulators do not do the right thing to assist in this evolution, they are part of problem and will be judged harshly. Please see the forest for the trees and vote in favour of the IEX application as a first step toward a more level playing field. thank you
