Hello, I support IEX becoming a registered national securities exchange. Please approve their request. I am invested thru vanguard etfs with my retirement and money market account. Having milliseconds of speed make a difference in a trade only helps people that can pay for that speed and hurts the regular saver and investor like me. Also it puts the overall market at risk with potential flash crashes and slowing the market down would only create a safer and more transparent marketplace. Thanks for the chance to have my voice heard.
