Dear Sir or Madame:
As an individual investor, I am deeply concerned about the unfair high-frequency trading practices supported under the current system. It has become clear that regulators will be unable to level the playing field as long as the SEC, Exchanges and large brokerage firms maintain their cozy relationship.
Please support IEX as a new, fair-minded exchange that will benefit all investors, not just a selected few.
